MSP Service Desk
Tier I Service Desk Technician
Provides initial support and triage for incoming client requests. Delivers basic technical support, creates and updates documentation, and ensures timely escalation of issues requiring advanced assistance.

IT project leader responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of complex onboarding and standardization projects for our clients. Manages full project lifecycles from scoping and architecture through deployment, coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders. Requires strong experience with Microsoft 365 environments, networking, and endpoint management.

Builds backend integrations, automation workflows, and API-driven systems that connect internal platforms with vendor APIs. Develops services in Go or Python, maintains n8n automation workflows, and contributes to AI/LLM-powered projects including chat agents and document processing. Hands-on consulting role that assesses client business processes, develops AI and automation roadmaps, and deploys solutions from ideation through implementation. Conducts discovery sessions to identify optimization opportunities, designs workflow automation strategies, and configures AI-powered tools tailored to each client's operations over multi-phase engagements.

Operates the Managed AI program for our clients on a recurring cadence. Maintains AI Acceptable Use Policy templates with vertical addenda for construction, mining, and healthcare; runs DNS-layer shadow AI monitoring and the monthly AI Usage Report; manages Data Processing Agreements and BAA inventories with AI vendors; and packages quarterly evidence for client audit and insurance review. Primary point of contact for AI-specific incident response. Strong written communication, governance discipline, and comfort with regulatory frameworks required.

Conducts quarterly business reviews, surfaces expansion opportunities, coordinates renewals, and serves as the trusted point of contact for assigned accounts. Produces accurate, competitive estimates for structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and intrusion projects. Performs material takeoffs from plan sets, coordinates with vendors for pricing, and partners with engineers and project managers to validate scope before proposal release.

Runs day-to-day marketing execution across the website, blog, social channels, and campaigns. Coordinates content production, manages the editorial calendar, supports SEO and paid initiatives, and helps publish case studies, partner co-marketing, and event collateral.

Accounts Receivable Clerk
Manages the AR cycle from invoice issuance through collection. Reconciles client payments, follows up on aging balances, posts deposits, and partners with account managers to resolve billing questions. Strong attention to detail and comfort with accounting software required.
