MSP Service Desk
Tier I Service Desk Technician
Provides initial support and triage for incoming client requests. Delivers basic technical support, creates and updates documentation, and ensures timely escalation of issues requiring advanced assistance.
Tier II Service Desk Technician
Handles escalated technical support requests and assists with project implementation. Maintains documentation, improves processes, and delivers quality customer service while mentoring Tier I team members.
Tier III Service Desk Technician
Serves as the technical escalation point for the most complex issues. Provides advanced technical support, system administration, and project implementation. Mentors and trains junior technicians.
Tier III Project Engineer
IT project leader responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of complex onboarding and standardization projects for our clients.
Physical Security Service Desk Technician
Provides remote support and troubleshooting for access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems. Handles client requests, performs system health monitoring, and coordinates with field technicians.

Low Voltage Technician
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low-voltage systems like data networks, fiber cables, other communication systems, A/V, and security.
Physical Security Technician
Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining access control and video surveillance systems. Performs onsite troubleshooting, repairs, and client training while ensuring quality standards.
Intrusion Technician
Installs, programs, and services intrusion detection and alarm systems. Conducts onsite troubleshooting, repairs, and client training while maintaining thorough documentation.
Physical Security Engineer
Designs and architects physical security solutions including access control, video surveillance, and integrated systems. Leads security service commissioning and provides technical oversight from design through implementation.
