MSP Service Desk
Tier I Service Desk Technician
Provides first-level technical support for client IT requests, delivering prompt and effective solutions that support client satisfaction.

IT project leader responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of complex onboarding and standardization projects for our clients.

Account Manager
Owns the client relationship across IT, cabling, security, and AI services. Conducts quarterly business reviews, surfaces expansion opportunities, coordinates renewals, and serves as the trusted point of contact for assigned accounts.

Accounts Receivable Clerk
Manages the AR cycle from invoice issuance through collection. Reconciles client payments, follows up on aging balances, posts deposits, and partners with account managers to resolve billing questions.

Owns vendor invoice processing, three-way matching against POs and receipts, weekly check runs, and 1099 maintenance. Reconciles vendor statements, resolves discrepancies, and supports month-end close.
