About this role
The Intrusion Technician installs, programs, and services intrusion detection and alarm systems for commercial clients. You'll handle new installs, service calls, and central station signaling setup.
What you'll do
- Install and program intrusion alarm systems (Bosch, DMP, Honeywell, etc.)
- Configure central station signaling and account setup
- Service existing alarm systems (sensor replacements, panel troubleshooting, communicator updates)
- Train clients on arming/disarming and basic system operation
- Maintain Arizona Alarm Agent license in good standing
What we're looking for
- 2+ years installing/servicing commercial intrusion alarm systems
- Arizona Alarm Agent license (or eligible to obtain)
- Familiarity with central station communication protocols (IP, cellular, POTS)
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record
- Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to one of the listed hiring locations and able to travel
