About this role

The Senior Developer & Automation Specialist builds the backend integrations, automation workflows, and AI-powered tools that run our internal operations and unlock client automation work. Full-time contractor role, remote-friendly.

What you'll do

  • Develop services in Go and Python that integrate with HaloPSA, Microsoft Graph, and vendor APIs
  • Build and maintain n8n / Rewst automation workflows
  • Contribute to AI/LLM-powered projects (chat agents, document processing, custom GPTs)
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and documentation
  • Pair with Project Services on client-facing automation builds

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years backend development with Go or Python (or comparable)
  • Strong REST API and webhook experience
  • Experience with at least one orchestration platform (n8n, Rewst, Zapier, Power Automate)
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
