About this role

The Senior IT Projects Engineer plans and runs complex client onboarding, standardization, and migration projects. You own the delivery from scope through go-live, coordinating field, service desk, and client stakeholders. Strong Microsoft 365 + Azure + networking depth required.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute new client onboardings end-to-end
  • Lead M365 tenant migrations, identity consolidation, and security hardening projects
  • Architect and deploy networking changes (firewall replacement, ZTNA rollout, multi-site connectivity)
  • Coordinate across service desk, field, and client stakeholders
  • Document each project for handoff to the recurring service team

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in MSP project services or enterprise IT project lead role
  • Deep Microsoft 365 + Azure expertise; Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-500) preferred
  • Strong networking (firewall config, VPN/ZTNA, segmentation)
  • PMP or equivalent project management discipline
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ
