Tier III Service Desk Technician
Serves as the technical escalation point for the most complex issues. Provides advanced technical support, system administration, and project implementation. Mentors and trains junior technicians.

About this role
The Tier III Service Desk Technician is the technical authority for the service desk team. You own escalations no one else can solve, lead complex project implementations, and shape the technical direction of the MSP delivery practice.
What you'll do
- Final-tier escalation for complex incidents across all clients
- Lead architecture and implementation of major projects (full M365 tenant builds, network rearchitecture, security hardening)
- Train and mentor Tier I and Tier II technicians
- Author runbooks, automation scripts, and documentation that scale the team
- Coordinate with Project Services for handoff of large engagements
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in MSP or enterprise IT, with deep Microsoft 365 + Azure expertise
- Strong networking (firewall config, advanced routing, segmentation, VPN/ZTNA)
- Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
- Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-500, or equivalent) preferred
- Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ
