The Marketing Coordinator runs day-to-day marketing execution across the website, blog, social channels, and campaigns. You'll coordinate content production, manage the editorial calendar, support SEO and paid initiatives, and ship case studies, partner co-marketing, and event collateral.
What you'll do
- Manage the editorial calendar across blog, social, and email
- Coordinate content production with internal SMEs and external writers
- Support SEO initiatives (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building)
- Run social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Coordinate event sponsorships, trade shows, and partner co-marketing
What we're looking for
- 2+ years marketing coordination or comparable B2B marketing role
- Comfort with WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS/marketing platforms
- Basic SEO and analytics understanding (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Strong written communication; comfort drafting copy and editing SME content
- Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ
