Owns the client relationship across IT, cabling, security, and AI services. Conducts quarterly business reviews, surfaces expansion opportunities, coordinates renewals, and serves as the trusted point of contact for assigned accounts.

About this role

The Account Manager owns the client relationship across the full Unió Digital portfolio. You'll run QBRs, surface expansion opportunities, coordinate renewals, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of named accounts across IT, cabling, security, and AI services
  • Run quarterly business reviews and account health discussions
  • Identify and progress expansion opportunities (additional services, new sites, more users)
  • Coordinate renewals with operations and finance
  • Be the trusted single point of contact for the client

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years account management or consultative B2B sales (MSP/IT services preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable in front of small-business owners and C-suite stakeholders
  • Comfort with CRM workflows and pipeline hygiene
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ
